Have a read of this linked thread below, where if you have reached your device limit and you can't remove the Samsung TV with the old App under My Account > Manage Devices due to that you have already used your one device swap this calendar month, then you will need to contact live chat.

That's a different scenario unfortunatly. That poster had 2 versions of the app on the TV. We've just the 1. Doesn't apply.

I've exactly the same problem. The TV is listed as a registered device, I have watch Now TV on the device, but now I get "Could not register the device. Maximum allowed registered devices exceeded"
