Device Not Allowed to Watch After Crash

The now tv app crashed on apple tv, and had to reinstall it before it would work (on the same device) and logging (back in) This for some reason meant nowtv no longer reconised the device and said i had used up all my device slots... wtf its the same device... (Bad coding)

Can't help why the App crashed on your ATV and maybe when re installing the App from the ATV App store it's a newer version and caused your account to think you are adding a new device where you have already reached the number of device limit on your account.

Anyway, jump over to live chat and ask them to reset your device list and then start watching nowtv again on up to four devices to register them on your account list.
