Cookie Consent error on Samsung TV

When I open the NowTV app, a Cookie Consent page loads. When I click the consent button, nothing happens. The screen isn’t frozen, it just won’t accept any of the selections. I have tried rebooting the TV and reinstalling the app, but the same error occurs every time. Any help much appreciated. (I know the NowTV Stick has had a similar issue but I’m assuming the solution will be different given it’s a different bit of kit.)

If you’re still having issues jump onto live chat and report direct to staff. Which can be done by clicking “chat online” within the green box, don’t hit “get help quicker” as this is a bot.

I have tried rebooting the TV, reinstalling the app and rebooting the router, and still no luck. Frustrating.

Same here my TV is a Samsung TV of about 8 - 9 old but my 2 LG TV's are working fine with the cookie declaration

Interesting though on the same TV upgraded to the latest app of ITV-X this app has totally disappeared from the menu

At least you have the new ITVX app, on our Sony Bravia YouView we still have the horrific ITV hub.
