Continue watching not working on devices Samsung TV and X Box.

Continue watching is not working on Samsung TV or my X Box. If I wish to continue watching a series, e.g. Episoide 6 of The Movies or Sky Documentaries, nothing happens except coloured ball just goes round and round. This has also happened to other programmes I have been watching on different channels.

Out of curiosity what happens when you go to Entertainment > Channels > Sky Documentaries and pick up episode 6 of The Movies folder from there ?

 

Does the episode just buffers with the spinning coloured circles like your Continue Watching section.

 

If it does then it might be an issue with that particular episode on the NowTV servers.

 

Also sometimes a reboot of your Router gets you past the spinning coloured circles on screen.
