Constant Buffering on Sky Cinema

Not sure if this is the right board or not....anyways....I use Now TV on my Samsung smart tv....and I’m having serious buffering issues with Sky Cinema. It wasn’t my broadband (even though that kept on failing...) because I switched to my data and still have the same issue. I’ve tweeted but am still waiting for a response. Has anyone else had these issues? Also the picture is really, really bad. I’ve also noticed that the TV guide section doesn’t work properly, yesterday at 9pm it still had what was coming up at 7pm. Either it’s a Samsung tv issue or nowtv really need to work on their app. I’ve cancelled the movies cause of this issue and also because films are on twice a week.....(these are older films....) just paying for repeats 😫
