I am trying to connect a second TV in the lounge using a ROCO box I have connected successfully to the internet and put in my now tv email and passcode I know the passcode is right because I have changed it but for some reason it will just not accept it and keeps asking me to go through the ID process whereby you have to write the different letters in a box anyone know what I'm doing wrong please and it's driving me nuts

@Anonymous User Is the message telling you to go to nowtv.com/tv and enter the displayed numbers? If so, have you done so using a pc or tablet? Note that the numbers are only valid for about 10 minutes, after which they change. Or is it one those captha thingies - which I can never seem to get right.
