Cna't get the app on Samsung TV

I have model UE50NU7400UXXU but I can't seem to find the app in app store? The advice seems to suggest that the 'N' in the model number means it's a supported model? Any ideas please?

I don't own a Samsung Smart TV, but i am guessing you have done a search by typing in NowTV in the Samsung Apps Store rather than looking for the App on screen ?

 

Also maybe have a read of this link thread below, which may or may not be of any help.

If no joy, and nobody on the forum can offer any further help, then maybe ask Samsung UK support Team the question if the native inbuilt NowTV App is supported on your Samsung Model number.
