Chromecast Live Channel cannot Cast

Chromecast Live Channel cannot Cast, but Chromecast Movie does.

 

NowTV version is 30.0.0.0

 

licesens request occur  cast sdk error 210  6  417     http Expected failed.

When you say movies work, is this for on demand content?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Yes, video on demand (VOD) all can play by my phone SONY J9110 chromecasting on my RSE player. 

My Sony J9110 NowTV app version is 30.0.0 , update date 2022/04/26 from Google Play UK.

 

 

But Live Channel (ex: sky showcase  ,  sky atlantic,  sky max,  sky cinema, sky sports news) cannt play

 (Error Code -1 contact Online Support Team.)

 

If I use Sony J9110 directly play those Live Channel, all can paly,  just cannot chromecasting.

 

So what is difference between chromecasting VOD/LIVE Channel  policy?
