Not when using the NowTV App on your smartphone unless you have a Chromecast plugged in on your Panasonic television.
I own a Panasonic Smart television and because there is no native inbuilt NowTV App on it, my options to watch on the television is either a NowTV box, NowTV Stick, Youview Box, Apple TV box, PS4, Xbox One.
