@Anonymous User have you done the usual potential fixes
Ensure your TV has run any available updates.
Deleted and reinstalled the NowTV app.
Power down your router for 1 minute and restart.
There has been an issue in the past with the app on some devices not allowing special characters in the password so if you have things like £&!"*% then you'll need to reset your password to one with numbers and letters only on a PC, log out of all your NowTV connected devices and then log back in.
