Can't find app in samung app store on smart tv?

I have model UE37ES5500KXXU, I'm trying to find Now TV in the apps but it's not there! Help please?

The NOW TV app is currently available on 2015 and later Samsung TVs, except for Samsung Serif models, which don't support NOW TV.

How do I know if I have a compatible TV?

Just look at the model number – if there’s a K, L, M, N, Q or R in the middle, then you should have a compatible TV.

So based on your model (having ES in the middle) it would appear that it is not compatible with Now TV.
