Is there a way of watching NOW Tv on a Bush smart TV without using an external device? It seems not
@Meltree1 only selected Bush TVs are able to access Now via an integrated app.

If you are unable to see a pre installed app, or it's not available to download, you'll need an external device. Amazon Firestick or Roku are the best available.
