Hi,
I've gone to my TV app and all i have is blue screen with spinning circles...I can't reset would i have to uninstall and re download to fix it??

What device are you using?
Yeah normally a delete and reinstall of the app should resolve the issue.

Something that is a bit more extreme but is well known to resolve issues is to set the device back to factory settings.
Hopefully you won’t have to do that!

Tried to delete app but says built in apps can't be deleted

If you can’t delete the app you’ll need to clear the cache.
Assuming it’s a Samsung you have.

You can also unplug the TV and router for a few minutes.
Worst case perform a factory reset to your TV.
