Buffering

I have a 12 month old LG smart TV, up until a week ago now tv has worked fine, now I am regularly getting buffering symbol coming up and screen goes to "somethings not right " messages which directs me to unhelpful Web page. My Internet is currently 100mbs so no issues there and no other devices running. Really could do with any help as it getting worse ty

For now the best 2 options that usually work.

1. Delete and reinstall the app.

2. A bit more drastic, but 99% of the time solves most issues. Set the TV back to factory settings

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

I have the same issue.  This happens after a movie has been playing for about 30 minutes and then starts to happen more frequently as the movie goes on.  Sometimes it just buffers and other it goes to the PL-01 code. 

I don't want to have to factory reset my tv for something which is out of my control. Sounds like a problem with NowTV to me if others are having the same issue.
