Hi NowTV,
Since joining NowTV broadband (end of December 2020) I have started seeing a lot of buffering on my Sony smart TV. iPlayer is the worst, but I often see it freeze on Netflix, then suddenly speed up. I have never seen this problem before (over 3+ years). My previous ISP provided exactly the same bandwidth - 60 to 65Mb/s download but it never ever buffered. I have a GigE network hard wired to the TV. Is the contention ratio particularly high with NowTV? Can my NowTV hub's "logs" be checked in case there's an intermittent h/w fault?

Not being a broadband customer with Now TV all I can do is provide basic advice.
Have you tried to reboot the router? Like unplugging it for a few minutes?
Same could be done with the Sony TV.
Worst case you can give the broadband team a call as it is effecting all apps on the TV and not just Now TV.
