I have a talk talk youview box and I have logged into my account, can browse through channels but when it comes to playing then it just say “something went wrong go back to try again” is there something I’m missing? The box has only been installed recently so is a new player.

If you are a NowTV customer are you using the NowTV App, rather than the Sky channels on the main TV Guide ?
Should you be accessing your NowTV account via the NowTV App, then maybe logout of the NowTV App (under the My Account section of the App) on your TalkTalk box, power down the box at the mains and once rebooted sign back into the NowTV App.
