Boost issues JVC Fire TV

Hi,
Are there any issues with Booost ATM?

My live  channels only show HD on Movies.

Logged out/in last night to no avail. Speeds are 80/20.

Used to have a Stream Quality option to test but this has been removed from the Now app.

Have JVC Fire TV.

Only Now seems affected.

Have you done a delete and reinstall of the app?

Unplug router and reboot TV?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Can I assume the TV software is fully up to date?

Otherwise report with staff via live chat by clicking “chat online” within the green box. Don’t hit “get help quicker” as this is a bot.
