Black screen

Hi

recently purchased nowtv on my Samsung smart tv.

the service worked fine for two days, but for the last two days the screen is black when I click the nowtv app?

i can’t uninstall as it’s preset on the tv, I’ve tried resetting router etc..and the tv is connected to broadband just nowtv that’s is not working???

 

please help

Hi @Anonymous User There seems to be a problem at the minute on certain Samsung TV's with the NOW TV App. Can you follow the steps in this link and let me know how you get on? https://help.nowtv.com/article/app-not-loading-on-samsung-tv
