Hi, I have a BT TV box with Now TV as a package. For some reason I cannot use my Now TV account on any other device at all. I have tried asking online for a password reset for the account name the BT box uses - am I or am I not able to watch the packages on another device when away from the BT box?

Yes, you are supposed to be able to do this.
But as @gavs82008 says, you need to take this up with BT, not with Now.
You have the luxury of a BT telephone support line for Now as part of BT TV, something that direct Now customers can only dream of.
I don’t know what the number is, but it should be one that BT have given you; give them a bell, and let them help you out with this!

I would also pop over to the BT TV Community Forum where this issue happens quite a lot (there is a few threads on the subject with advice on what needs to be done to get NOW running on other supported devices).
