Apps not working

The YouTube app is not loading on my now tv stick. 

I have tried unplugging, resetting device, updating apps, system update and it still won't open

Any suggestions please?

Hi @Amanda

Just checked the YouTube App on my NOW branded box and it's running fine for me.

When you say you have updated the Apps, was that removing the YouTube App from the My Apps section on the NOW Stick and then add the App again by going to the Stick Apps Store?
