Same here. I tried all NOWTVs suggestions, but nothing worked. Then went into settings and updated TVOS software (for some reason, it had not auto-updated). App worked fine after that. Good luck.

Hi all,
if you could please make sure the apple firmware has been updated on your devices, Apple have performed a release today, (11.3) which might be crashing the NOW TV app
