Apparently it's effecting certain NowTV customers boxes and according to NowTV on Twitter they are looking into it.
The Netflix App on my NowTV 4K Smart Box is playing fine, however from what i have read it seems to be the older black boxes and Freeview Smart boxes that seems to have the issue at the moment with the Netflix App.
