I take this is a Samsung TV from the tag you used.....
Scroll all the way down to the bottom, scroll right for My Account, Enter, and you still can’t see your Passes?
They are only shown as Start Watching, Start Free Trial, or Buy Pass though, without all the detail you would see on your browser.
If none of them are Start Watching, which indicates a current Pass, does ‘You’re signed in as’, show what you would expect, or is it another Account from the one with your Passes on, or are you not Signed in there at all?
If so, Sign out from any wrong Account.
And now Sign in on your correct Account.
