I've noticed as I'm having problems with 5.1 surround that my app says Boost will renew on the 17th but the website says Restart your boost anytime.
Surely if i'm logged in using the same account details they should say the same?
Ignore the information on the NOW App on your mobile, where the accurate information is via going to the NOW website by logging into your account.
The NOW App My Account Membership renewal on a mobile has always been confusing and should be ignored.
I have brought this up with NOW Staff Members previously and i have asked NOW to consider changing the wording from renew to either cancelled or something along those lines to inform customers checking the NOW App on their mobile devices under My Account what Memberships you have active or have recently cancelled.
Anyway to check your Memberships or to cancel the Membership then always go to the NOW website and login with your account credentials to find the up to date accurate information on your account.
