App Issues

Whenever I load an app such as All 4, it plays content for about 10 minutes and then stops and returns to the NOW Home Screen. I have checked for updates and there are none and I have also reset my NOW stick

When you say reset. Is this set back to factory settings?

I removed the stick and pressed the reset button. Then had to go through set up again

Keep an eye on the thread posted by @Saint1976 as it’s understood that NOW and Roku sticks are having issues with All4.

 

Is the issue specific to All4 or any other app such as Netflix and NOW content itself?

That sounds about right with what’s been known for issues. 

As you’ve already done a factory reset, I would not bother doing it again. Fingers crossed that All4 can sort it out fairly quickly!

@Anonymous User @gavs82008 there is a known issue affecting some devices after an update which means some apps are closing after a programme is selected.
