Firstly i don't own a Samsung Smart TV with the native inbuilt NowTV App so i doubt i will be much help.
Does the error message on screen mentions something about Region ?
If so, i am assuming you are not running a VPN service on your Router or Television ?
Other than that maybe try switching the mains power off at your Router for about 30 minutes, just in case it has been assigned a rogue IP address outside the UK.
Sometimes unplugging the mains power to your television for a minute or a fresh App install will clear error faults on the NowTV App (though not guaranteed).
