Hi, I have NowTV installed on my Sony Bravia Android smart TV. It’s worked fine for over a year but is now displaying this error code when I try to watch anything with the app: VSF:SDK.LOADING_LIMIT.UNKNOWN_REASON.MAIN_CONTENT’

If I uninstall the app and reinstall it, then I can watch one episode but then the error happens again.  I’ve tried clearing the cache and clearing data - that didn’t help.

Has anyone seen this and worked out what the cause is?

Hi @Anonymous User 

A lot of customers are experiencing this plus other error messages on both the Community Forum and over on NOW Twitter.

NOW Twitter have said there is some on going TV streaming problems their end and they are trying to resolve them.

I am using Boost and are not seeing these error messages myself.

On my Sony Bravia Android TV I’ve yet to experience this issue. 
However like @schnapps I too have boost, which seems to be preventing us from coming across this fault.
