Always get the 'streaming on too many devices' message when we're not

We have purchased the boost package today, but our LG TV still won't let us stream as it says we are streaming on too many devices. However, we definitely aren't! Does anyone have any tips on how to get the TV app to recognise this?

We constantly have problems with the app on the TV so are starting to wonder whether NOW TV is worth the money!

Sign out of the TV and log back in as it can take up to 4 hours to activate.
