3 Month Now TV Pass with my Samsung Smart TV

Hi Guys,

This is my first post here. Hope I have put it in the right place.

 

I recently purchased a brand new Samsung Smart 4K TV (which came with a 3 month Now TV Pass) but when I registered, it turns out that I am only eligible for one month free, and not 3 as the offer stated. Has anybody else had this issue, how do I go about rectifying this please?

Welcome to the forum. Some of the apps aren't clever enough to realise you have a multi-month offer and so might report your pass as renewing in one month. To check your pass is showing the correct end date, log into the NOW TV website and go to your My Account > My Passes page

Your end date should show correctly on there. If it does, you don't have to worry about anything, you will be able to carry on watching until the end date shown there.

If it doesn't look correct it may be that you didn't apply the code correctly, or maybe you started the free trial by mistake (and so it looks like you're only getting a couple of weeks). Try applying the voucher code again to see if it works.
