2 Month NowTV Cinema Pass with a New Chromecast Purchase from Authorized Retailers

Looks like Chromecast have a new Promotional offer where if you purchase, setup and activate a new Chromecast device before the 31st of January 2018 you can redeem a 2 month NowTV Cinema Pass.

Can the @Anonymous User Please provide clarification / confirmation if this promo offer is available for existing customers, together with new nowtv customers where there is no mention in the T&C's.

Where the below screen shot taken from the Chromecast website says "Open to New and Existing Customers" ?

On a Desktop PC

Using the Chrome Browser which is up to date, it goes to this page and only shows the 2 Month Cinema for £5. The 2 Month Free is missing. As I mentioned the Free Offer was there a couple of weeks ago but now it has gone (and no it has not been redeemed as it would show in my account ) . Everythig is connected to the same Wi-Fi and switched on

Yeah, just checked the Chromecast offers website and it's not showing the 2 month free cinema pass offer anymore 

If you go to the first page on this thread it did say that you had until the 28th of Feb to redeem this offer (unless Google / NowTV have pulled the offer early).

The offer is still showing on the Chromecast Promotional offer T&C's link below (maybe first off try contacting Google by clicking on the contact us in the link below).

If you get no  joy with Google, then post back here and I will post a link to contact NowTV live chat to see if they can assist you any further.

I would try Google first, because the offer should in theory according to their T&C's be available on their website and shown on their Chromecast devices (There is a contact us option in the Google T&C's link).

If you get no success with Google, then try NowTV live chat, by opening the page below and click on the drop down arrow below Anything else which will reveal the live chat button.

Tried the Live Chat but he did not understand what I was getting at. He eventually said somethuing along the lines of it is not available then ended the chat as I was replying

No messing, just issued me with a Free 2 Month Cinema voucher code once my account details had been confirmed

I had exactly the same problem...the 2 month offer just dissapeared before i could redeem it. 

So I also went on live chat... and after a rather torturous hour of conversation, was issued with a code for 2 month NowTV cinema pass

But on a PC it shows the code in the query string and that worked 😀
