Samsung LED TV not working with Now TV

Hi- is there someone at NOw TV who can answer this? Or a phone number I can call? This is really frustrating. I just bought anew TV Samsung LED model T28E310 and have plugged in my new Now TV box and it's not working. Will I have to return the Now TV box and get a refund?

Hi and welcome to the forum @Anonymous User,

 

First things first: -

 

  • What's the make and model number of the device(s) you're using to access and play NOW TV content?
    [ie: a NOW TV 'black' box, a NOW TV 'white' box or a NOW TV 'Smart' box.]
  • How is your NOW TV playback device connected to the internet. Is it via a hard-wired or wireless (WiFi) ethernet connection?
  • What things have you already tried to get your NOW TV playback device working again?

Sufficed to say, the more detailed information you are able to provide, the easier it will be for us NOW TV forum members and/or a NOW TV Team member to work out a solution for you!

Have you got an aerial splitter sorted?

ie one output lead to your SAMSUNG, the other output goes to back of NOW box.

 

Only certain SAMSUNG TV's supported with the NOWTV app; hence the earlier question.

 

Once you complete the NOWTV box set up, look in the SAMSUNG's settings/ APPS;

do you see a NOWTV logo?

Ensure SAMSUNG it set to auto updates (for software).
