Repeated request to sign in

Why do I repeatedly need to sign in to watch NOW tv on a Samsung HD tv? It is infuriating!

You should not need to keep signing in.

What's the model number of your Samsung television? Have you checked that it's software is fully up-to date?

Yes - it is up to date! No other app needs me to do this - I don't get this
with Netflix, Amazon, Iplayer etc - just NOW tv (or 'not Now' tv!)
