It is not funny when you get up early to view the Japan GP and NowTV App fails to even load. I just get a blank screen. All other Apps work fine and although the picture was rubbish, (I did complain through twitter, but was ignored) the NowTV App was working last week.
To add insult to injury, my back-up system of watching NowTV through my AppleTV device failed to acknowledge the Sports week pass that I purchased, so I wasn't able to watch the GP on that either.
I have checked broadband connections and even tried to delete the App , so I could re-load it and was told that as a core App that I cannot delete it.
If you charge for a service then we have a contract that you have now broken!
