Lips and speech not syncronised on Samsung TV Now TV app

Hi

 

I only started using the Now TV app on my Samsung TV a few days ago and find that the lips and speed are not synced. I watch other apps and they are ok. What is causing this problem on Now TV and how can I rectify it.

On my TV App the sound is now so advanced I can't delay the sound enough!
I have reinstalled the App and sound is now perfect but no confidence it
will stay so!! Changing soundbar mode made no difference. Great golf
today though!!!

After the golf ended I tried the app on the TV again and it crashed. When I got it working once more the sound was in perfect syncronisation. I will leave things as they are unless the problem recurs. I'm glad that I have the Now TV Box as a backup. It's great value for money and saved my sanity this week.

 

I hope your app continues to work and you get to enjoy more excellent golf.

I am busy enjoying the golf on the Now TV box and will try out games mode tomorrow. Software updates happen automatically so I don't have to worry about that. I am a golf fan and rarely watch anyting else on Sky sports but will try out other sports on the Now TV app tomorrow.
