This is getting a bit annoying where i have to repsort to using a forum...
twice this evening I have tried to have live chat and i keep getting disconnected.....I am trying to log into my NOW TV Samsung TV app...I get all the way to the enter username/email & password section...I do so and I get a red message saying there is a problem with my account....yet I can log in with me Macbook Pro..
So...I'll make it simple....(Yes I am VERY annoyed by now)
is my Samsung UE32J5600AK actually comaptable with the NOW TV APP?

When you log into your NOW TV account using your Macbook Pro, are you able to see your entire account including your payment details?

Yes...I can see everything...except my user name, but I have had that confirmed now....still nothing...

If you haven't done-so already, try your 'Username' without adding the email address part at the end.

TBH....having read the threads on just Samsung TV's I realise that NO ONE seems to have aclue whats going on......So I have just ordered a NOW TV Box from Amazon....
