Connecting samsung smart tv to my internet

I cant use my samsung smart tv apps the internet is not working on it? Its says its connecting to the wireless but not connecting to interenet?

Welcome to the forum. Just to check, the problem you are having is the TV isn't successfully connecting to the Internet, so none of the apps are able to work (rather than everything else working fine but not the NOW TV app)?

If that's the case, you will probably get a quicker solution by contacting Samsung direct, you can find details here

Its saying to me when i try to connect to the internet to try one of the following "check security key on wireless router an check if ip address is set correctly in ip settings" or "contact your internet service provider for more info" ?

I mean i cant watch them an its like the ariel is not working but the other channels work fine?
