CTV-000 Error code

App working fine to yesterday 23/11, then suddenly came up with the error code on Samsung TV.
Internet connection all ok - other apps all working
Deleted and reinstalled app - no change to error code
Turned off and back on etc etc and no change.
App details says updated yesterday 23/11 - just as it stopped working
This is supposed to be the first day after our free trial - going to cancel if doesn't work!
Any other suggestions for getting it to work?

Same problem here, was working fine yesterday and today can;t watch anything. Tried to reinstall and now the app does not even open. very frustating.

 

I understand its a beta version, but really. releasing a broken update like? Cat Mad

I have the same error code since 23/11/17, can not reinstall app as default on my samsung smart tv (purchased april 17).
