App not working for 2 weeks now, any update planned?

Now TV is no longer working, I can't even open it keeps loading and nothing. There other threads here about people complaingin about an error code.

 

I have tried the support, and didn't help, they have no clue about what to do?

 

Is there someone really working on that app, is there any known issue?

 

I am using the last tv firmware and app version, tried to reset my settings to factory, reinstall the app, nothing seems to work.

 

Really frustating.
