Hi, Why is there no password control on the buy page for roku app? My kid was browsing the kids section and was able to buy a pass without using a password. Have cancelled it in the pass section here but very unhappy that this has happened.

You need to add purchace controls to your app.

Welcome to the forum. You can enable the  Payment PIN in your account, this will prevent accidental or unauthorised payments on the NOW TV app in the future. To turn your Payment PIN on, go to your My Account > Payment PIN page

Note this only controls purchases from NOW TV not from any other apps you might have on the Roku, you'd need to check each individual app to see if there are purchase controls available for those eg Sky Store. 

There is a separate PIN that can be applied to your Roku account which will restrict purchases from the Roku Channel Store and prevent children adding apps without permission, more details here
