error code 103

keep getting error code 103   saying oops something went wrong etc    what is this please ???

Can you please let us know if you are having this issue when watching a particular show on the Entertainment Pass?

Hi I get it mostly on live tv.

I'm getting this too using entertainment pass. Sometimes happens every few minutes then it can be ok for an hour. Only bought box 4 days ago. Thinking if asking for refund. Often seems to need my TalkTalk modem rebooting before it will reconnect.

We're currently getting this error code investigated and will post back once we get more info.

 

In the meantime, we're still available on lots more devices.

Hi I'm repeatedly getting this code too, I've had now tv for a long time and it's just started happening, I too am not happy, I only stream tv services, I no longer have any kind of subscription package

Getting this error today only on sky sports 1. switch to another sports channel and its fine. Go back to Sky sports 1 and still the same frozen image.

Been getting this error code today, on movies and also on sky sports. Never had any issues with nowt before so initially thought it was my broadband. Missed most of the football earlier as kept having to change channel
