I am having the error code 103 message coming up on my now tv (black) box. I have a Samsung TV. This is not an isolated issue as I have seen 100s of similar posts going back a long way into 2016 and Now to are failing to fix this issue. I only got my box 3 weeks ago, so Sky are obviously peddling equipment that they know there is an issue with. I am going to report this to Trading standards and the regulator.
