Re: adding apps

Hi @Sapper3526,

First things first... Please confirm. Do you have a Roku branded product or a NOW TV branded product?

• TV 1: LG 65UH770V | Software: v05.30.65 | OS: webOS v3.3.4 • TV 2: LG 43UH668V | Software: v05.50.55 | OS: webOS v3.3.4 • All TV's: NOW TV app v4.7.25 | Post Processing Features: All disabled  • ISP: Virgin Media@100Mbps | WIRED NETWORK: 1Gbps | NAS: Synology DS212+ •

Re: adding apps

Thanks for the confirmation @Sapper3526.

Given that you have a highly subsidised NOW TV branded (Roku) product, the USB port and the SD card slot have been disabled. Plus you can only install the apps that NOW TV have approved via their 'App Store'.

You'll need to purchase a 'full-blown' Roku device if you want to use the USB port and the SD card slot along with all the apps that are available on Roku's web site.

Cheers
