Hi everyone, as with hundreds before me I see, I am having trouble viewing anything on now TV due to picture quality drop and some times unable to get on at all. I have very fast fibre optic broadband and test speeds are very high. When are sky going to do something about this? It can only be their servers unable to keep up with the high amounts of customers. I have ordered to go to full now TV broadband and TV but still in the cooling down period so I think the best coarse of action is to cancel now. Has anyone found a fix for this on any of their settings? Doubt it but worth a try
