Unknown Error has occurred

Unknown error has occurred, retype username and password.
This is driving crazy? I've tried everything, resets etc.

appears to work now, had same issue with all my boxes. now login

It appears there may have been an issue for some customers for a short period. Can you let us know if your still having this problem and if not how long you were affected by it?
