Unable to login to NOW TV

Can someone please help me. I am unable to login to NOW TV for some unknown reason, when prompted to enter my username and password I get the message "Your username and or password are incorrect". I am still able to login to the NOW TV website using the username and password I entered though. I have changed my password 4 times now to no avail, and I have also done a hard reset on my Roku box 4 times. I have asked for help from NOW TV on Web chat on Wednesday 14th October but despite numerous tries nobody has yet got back to me...not impressed with NOW TV support.
