Really poor quality...lagging and freezing

Paid to watch Wales v republic of Ireland world cup qualifier. Picture lagging and sound stuttering all through the game despite wired connection on 40meg download speed. Pathetic service, really wish Netflix did sport

Extremely poor quality streaming on Now TV. In fact all action stops as screen goes black with just loading icon or goes into ultra slo-mo stutter. 

Does NOW TV ever respond or fix this widespread issue?

PS4 and LG flatscreen with EE 67 MBs download, 20MB download. 

No problems with other apps.

Are you using boost? As some sports channels support 50fps but only on some devices.

  • Smoother sporting action: 6 Sky Sports channels – Main Event, Premier League, F1, Football, Cricket and Golf – are available at 50 frames per second (except on Xbox One & Series X/S and LG TV).
