What down-grade. What device are you using to view Now TV on?

Given that there's been no further posts about the '1/4 screen' problem. Has Roku's latest software version 7.0 Build 9044 (released Tue 15 Dec 2015) solved this issue?

Nope 😞

 

Renewed subscription tonight, got the 1/4 screen problem, manually upgraded to build 9044 after seeing your post and there is no improvement.

Is the picture in the top left hand corner? 

 

And are you using a Roku Box? 

 

If you are connecting via HDMI cable, please change the picture resolution on the box itself to 720p.

Yeah it is top left, and l have got a roku box but TV has only AV connection it's not H D so I'm done .Was working perfectly before , any way cancelled my nowtv
