Issue Watching NOW TV via webplayer after update 1/12/2017

Hi my 4K roku stick updated  now tv yesterday and it is only using half the screen, I have removed and reinstalled , rebooted stick it factory reset bu still not working, all my other 3 roku stock are fine , any ideas?

Sorry the update was yesterday 11/12/18 it was working perfectly before this

Seems that you are not alone with the issue of the latest NowTV App on your Roku Streaming Stick Plus (see link below).

I am sure it will be fixed, it sounds to me that there is a conflict in the new software that is effecting the Roku 4K players.

Both my Roku Express and NowTV smart box have also received the latest NowTV App version 4.4.353 and they both seem to be working fine.
