Installed now tv on wrong html1 instead of hdml2 - any advice please?

Hi, I just installed my new now tv box on hdml 1 instead of hdml 2. Any advice how to change it over please?

Do you mean you can't see the the picture on screen when your box is connected to HDMI 1 port on your TV set ?

 

If so what happens when you switch input sources on your television set by pressing the input / source button on your TV remote controller ?

 

Also, why can't your try plugging the box into HDMI 2 port on your TV ?

Hey RD

 

The Now TV box does not care which HDMI port you are plugged into, as long as your box is hooked up to your Now TV account it will output it's programme content, which port you use is up to you.
