Incorrect login details

My now TV account has automatically logged out on my roku and now keeps telling me that my login details are incorrect even though I have double checked them and been able to log in on my phone using them so know I am not using the wrong password or username.

Have you tries uninstalling and reinstalling the nowtv app? 🙂

Thanks for the quick response.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled but still getting incorrect login message.

So frustrating.
